An internal fuel station for more responsible transport at JONTRANS
-04.08.2025At JONTRANS, every detail matters to optimize our operations and reduce our environmental impact. It is with this mindset that we decided to equip our site with an internal fuel station, directly accessible to our drivers.
A strategic and sustainable decision
Having our own fuel station allows us to:
- Manage refueling autonomously and in a planned way;
- Gain logistical efficiency daily;
- Control our consumption and optimize routes;
- And above all, integrate cleaner fuels into our operations.
XTL, an alternative to conventional diesel
Among the fuels we use, we have introduced XTL, a more environmentally friendly solution:
✅ Reduction of fine particle emissions, nitrogen oxides (NOx), and sulfur
✅ Free from FAME, thus more stable over time and less sensitive to moisture
✅Derived from renewable resources (BTL, PTL), XTL supports the progressive decarbonization of road transport
✅Compatible with our entire current fleet without mechanical modification
Taking concrete action for greener logistics
With XTL, we can significantly reduce our carbon footprint without compromising the efficiency of our operations. This choice aligns with our vision: making energy transition a tangible challenge at the scale of our daily activity.
